Benefits of an Indoor Playground
Sunny and 70 began in 2024 as just an idea. Callie was a mom of three young boys and was constantly looking for ways for them to burn energy. Longview, TX averages 216 days a year that are not ideal for outdoor activities and there were not any places for children to run and play indoors. It was with this discovery that she began Sunny and 70 and started approaching board members to help come alongside her and change the community for the better.
Sunny and 70 became an official 501 - C3 Non profit organization in January of 2025. Board members have since been meeting to gather ideas, research equipment, get quotes and discuss how to make this a reality.
In August of 2025 the board decided to move forward with gathering funds to bring this vision to LIFE! So please help us, invest in our community, invest in families, and create a space where it is always SUNNY AND 70.
